Brighten your
day with colour!
Join us for our colour run extravaganza as we host our
annual Rainbow Dash event.
Participants will start the run as clean as a whistle
and then be showered from head to toe with vibrant
powdered paint as they walk, run or dance around the
route. The end result is a spectacular sight. With music,
games, entertainment and a prize for the most painted,
this will certainly be a Sunday to remember.
Our fun run will be held on Sunday 21st May at Monkton
Stadium, Jarrow. We have two options for the run; either
a 1k recommended for children or a 5k for adults.
Radio South Tyneside will be joining us once again to
provide the tunes that keep everyone going!
The event is open to anyone aged 6 years and over;
children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by
a responsible adult. Registration is £12 per adult and
£6 per child and we ask that all participants aim to raise
£50 in sponsorship.
Each and every sponsored event held and attended by
you enables us to continue providing care to patients
with life-limiting illnesses in your community. £50 could
help towards providing physiotherapy helping patients
make the most of their strength and mobility. The aim
of physiotherapy is to help each individual maintain
or improve their physical and emotional wellbeing by
maximising their range of movement and enabling them
to maintain independence – and a sense of control – for
as long as possible.
