Join our lottery for the chance to win £25,000!
How it works…
Each entry costs just £1 and membership
is payable by direct debit, cheque or credit/
debit card.
You will be allocated with a 6 digit unique Unity
Lottery number or numbers depending on how
many enteries you would like each week – these
will be yours as long as you want to play!
The draw takes place every Saturday and the
lucky winners are selected at random. A prize
cheque is issued and posted directly to you, so
there is no need for you to claim. You must be 16
years old or over to enter. Winners have to match
3,4, 5 or 6 digits of the winning number in the
correct place in the sequence.
How to Join – three easy steps
Step 1
– Complete the personal details
section on the application form. Available by

Step 2
– Select the number of entries you wish to
buy and how often you wish to pay.
Step 3
– Complete the Direct Debit instruction
or enclose a cheque. Post it to the address on
the form. You will then receive a welcome letter
detailing your unique lottery number(s).

Join the St. Clare’s Hospice Unity Lottery and
help us to provide specialist palliative care to
the local adult community.
Each year we help hundreds of patients and their
families during a very difficult time.
It costs just under £2 million a year to provide this
care, the majority of which comes from donations
from the public.
Playing our lottery really will make a difference to us
and the families that we support – all of the services
we provide are free!
By playing our lottery you are directly
supporting our cause…
For every £1 entry – 50p comes directly to
St. Clare’s Hospice and towards our annual
running costs.
