London to Paris Bike Ride
14th - 18th September
Join the London to Paris Bike Ride
for a truly inspirational experience,
and a great way to raise funds.
Starting in London, our 299 mile,
4 day route takes us through
glorious English countryside, to
the ferry from Dover to Calais.
Once ‘French side’, we push on
cycling along quiet French country
lanes, through traditional market
towns with views of the rolling
green hills of northern France. Get
ready for a fantastic charity bike ride – the tarmac in France is superb, and cycling
is the nation’s favourite sport so don’t be surprised when the locals make way for
you and cheer you on!
Whether you are a regular cyclist or simply enjoy a Sunday afternoon meander,
as long as you are willing to train, then this charity cycle event is perfect for
you. We cater for all levels of ability on this ride. The special cycling experience,
combined with a fantastic support crew to look after you, means this charity
challenge is no longer a dream but a reality. Don’t worry about your luggage,
water or food – we take care of it all – leaving you to just cycle and focus on your
goal of reaching Paris.
It’s a Knockout!
Sunday 2nd October
We are really excited to be
bringing ‘It’s a Knockout’
back to South Tyneside!
Taking place in the
grounds of Temple Park
Centre, South Shields,
It’s a Knockout is taken
from the 70s/80s TV
game show. It is a fun
and
foamy
assault
course where teams of
between 6 and 10 people
come and compete the
various challenges on the
course.
Teamwork is the key to becoming ‘Knockout Champions’. Whether
it’s a team from your local workplace, sporting club or just a group of
friends, we welcome all participants. Spectators are also welcome to
attend and cheer on theirfriends or family! Participants must be 18 years
or over. Bring on the fun!!!
